Tishman is the Asset Manager and Project Manager for the Fairmont Washington D.C., Georgetown, considered one of Washington, D.C.’s premier luxury hotel properties. Tishman is responsible for a major hotel renovation and ongoing oversight of the asset on behalf of ownership.
Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista
Tishman developed, owned, asset managed and sold the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista hotel. In 1982, Tishman was awarded the construction management assignment for Walt Disney’s EPCOT Center and in 1983 developed the 814-room Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, an official Walt Disney World hotel.
Westin Chicago River North
Tishman developed and sold the Westin Chicago River North hotel. Acting as design builder, Tishman developed the property in 1987 and subsequently purchased the hotel in 2000. Located along the picturesque Chicago River and in the trendy River North area of Downtown Chicago, the 20-story hotel is a draw to both leisure guests as well as business travelers.
Westin Rio Mar Beach & Resort
Tishman developed, owned, managed and sold the Westin Rio Mar Beach & Resort hotel. Developed in 1996, the 600-room, hotel & resort (now the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa) is recognized as one of the Caribbean’s premier resorts.
Renaissance Chicago O’Hare Suites Hotel
Tishman acquired the Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel in 2004 and has acted in a number of roles including owner, asset manager and hotel operator. The hotel features 362 spacious suites complemented by two concierge levels.

Tishman was responsible for the management of the Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills for over 10 years. Located in Northern Los Angeles in the heart of the business district of Woodland Hills, the 474-room hotel is a full service, business-oriented upscale property.
Sheraton Warsaw Hotel
Tishman developed, financed and sold the Sheraton Warsaw hotel. Located in the prestigious Embassy District of Warsaw, Tishman was responsible for all aspects of the hotel's financing and construction. The hotel is located at Three Crosses Square, within two miles of over 13 foreign embassies, cultural theaters and the central train station.
Four Points Los Angeles International Airport
Tishman acquired the property in 1998 and acted in a number of roles including as owner, asset manager and hotel operator. Upon purchasing the property, Tishman converted the former Continental Plaza into the 572-room Four Points Los Angeles International Airport Hotel after an extensive renovation process.
