Located on 43rd Street in the heart of Times Square, the 45-story, 690,000-square-foot Westin New York at Times Square is the largest ground-up hotel construction project completed in New York City in more than 25 years.

Tishman is the owner and asset manager of the InterContinental New York Times Square hotel and was also the developer responsible for all aspects of the property's financing and construction. Located on 44th Street, in the heart of Manhattan's Theater District, the 607-room 36-story InterContinental New York Times Square was the largest hotel to open in Manhattan in over 10 years.

Tishman is the owner, asset manager and hotel operator of the Sheraton Old San Juan hotel. After purchasing the property in 2004, Tishman performed an extensive hotel renovation and re-flagged the hotel as a Sheraton.
InterContinental New York Barclay
Tishman is the Project Manager for the major renovation of the InterContinental New York Barclay hotel, overseeing every aspect of the iconic hotel's renovation which includes a complete guestroom renovation, public area reconfiguration, new systems and technology and the addition of two new ballrooms.

Tishman is the Asset Manager and Project Manager for the Fairmont Washington D.C., Georgetown, considered one of Washington, D.C.’s premier luxury hotel properties. Tishman is responsible for a major hotel renovation and ongoing oversight of the asset on behalf of ownership.

Tishman purchased the 9-story parking garage, which has approximately 300 parking spaces, in 2015 and is currently evaluating various opportunities for residential development.
