backstory
I joined Tishman in 2018 having heard great things about its culture. When the pandemic hit and upended the real estate world, Tishman more than lived up to its reputation as a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
The entire organization stayed focused and organized, solving issues, and conducting business one step at a time. No panic, no blame, just pure problem solving and collaboration across all departments and teams. Thanks to this deliberate and thoughtful approach, the Tishman team was able to triage its existing properties and identify opportunities in the market early. I have never been prouder to be part of a team.
Tishman’s collaborative approach allows the legal team to gain an in-depth understanding of the workings of each deal and to provide practical legal risk analysis and solutions that complement the organization’s stated goals. Everyone has a voice at Tishman, and there is no fear of speaking up.
